At Grounded Roots Counseling, therapy is tailored to support your unique journey. Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is for anyone 18+ navigating personal challenges, including anxiety, depression, chronic illness, and other life stressors. These sessions provide a supportive, private space to explore your thoughts and emotions, develop coping skills, and gain clarity for meaningful growth.

Through a combination of Internal Family Systems (IFS), brainspotting and other approaches, therapy is tailored to help you understand yourself more fully and feel empowered to navigate life’s challenges.
Life Transitions
Major life changes can feel overwhelming, even when they are expected. Therapy for life transitions helps you adjust and move forward with confidence.
Common areas include:

Parenting Children with Special Needs
Parenting a child with special needs is full of challenges and moments of profound reward. I know this personally, as a parent of a special needs child. I’ve navigated the ups and downs, and I understand how overwhelming it can feel at times.
